Poor service expierenced at BetMill

I  wanted to report how awful I think Millenium is.  Here's the whole story:  Played at Millenium for about 4 weeks.  Got a message that I have to call in all my plays.  Pretty weak booking, but OK, it's their business.  I don't call-in so I was going to withdraw all my funds of course.  Talked to a CS agent about withdrawing.  I specifically asked, "will I lose any deposit bonus or freeplay bonus that I received upon signup'.  CS said "hang on let me check".  They came back and said 'no sir, you've had more than enough action".  He told me I would have to do the Neteller withdrawals in 4 increments and there would be $60 in fees.  He told me the exact amount I should request from Neteller -- the balance of my account less $60 in fees.  I did that, and several hours later in my Neteller account the final Neteller withdrawal was declined and  a new one for $477 less was initiated and approved by Millenium without notifying me.  I called up and explained the situation and intially they said I lost the bonus because I was there 29 days, not 30 days.  I told them I was told that I was clearly told that I would not lose the bonus.  A manager then said he understood and would place the $477 back in my account within 30 minutes and that I could withdraw it 2 days later if I wanted.  Here we are 2 days later and nothing in my account.  Called today and talked supposedly to the top supervisor, I explained everything in detail and he said "there was nothing he could do" despite the fact that I was twice told that I would not lose the bonuses.
 
I know Millenium is rated a 'C' by you so I probably should have known better.  Not only what I said but I also just get bad vibes from them.  I've played with many books (over 40) and I'd have to rate them a 'D', and that's being generous.
